: notice of after leave the hospital

 

1. You will do better to eating (soup, milk, soybean milk etc) through the period(soup, milk, soybean milk etc).

But don't eat something like very hot,

salty,

spicy strong food,

caffeine containing products,

carbonates drink, solid ingredients of drink.

Especially if force is applied in the front tooth, gum could be discolored and be twisted so that you should be careful for 1 month and don't use front tooth to eat food 2 ~ 3 month after surgery.

 

2. You will better keep upper body erect it's really help for reducing swelling faster.

You can take a bath and washing your hair.

When you take a bath, don't hold down your head.

Just take a bath in a standing position.

(do not go sauna, do not take a hat bath in the tube)

3. It will repeat swelling up and until first visiting hspital day.

 

4. You should keep your mouth clean for preventing an infection.

And have to have a gargle with water,

gargle solution,

physiological saline etc, 10 times a day.

Use child brush to brush your teeth as like keep you front tooth away from the gums.

5. You need to apply ice packs till tomorrow;

because keeping ice packs is not good for blood circulation

also it's not help for hurt and bone's recovery.

You will better keep walking for rapidly reducing swelling.

 

6. No smoking, any drinking 2 months after surgery.

 

7. The stitches in your mouth will be removed at the first visiting hospital after surgery.

 

8. You need take antibiotics,

anti inflammatory,

an antacid and painkiller of medicine dfor 7 days.

Also you need to take all that medicine for 7 days

and must these medicine at the right times.

You need to mix

gargle solution half and water solution half for using,

and have gargle with water several times first,

and then ending with gargle solution.
